Landscape Account Manager
MMC is a leading commercial landscape provider known for high-quality service, strong client partnerships, and reliable year-round property care. We are looking for a customer-focused Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Landscape Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, building strong relationships, and identifying enhancement opportunities. This role works closely with production teams to maintain MMC’s high standards on every property.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned commercial clients.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all contracted services meet MMC quality standards.
- Communicate property needs to production teams and follow up on work completion.
- Identify and sell landscape enhancements, seasonal services, and improvements.
- Manage budgets, contract renewals, and account profitability.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
- 2–3 years of experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf care, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
- Valid driver’s license required.
