*New applicants post - July 1 (Bldg/Assoc/Prof):   60% of annual dues

*New applicants post - Sept 1 (Bldg/Assoc/Prof):  100% of 2020 dues (membership includes remaining 2019 & all 2020)

Commercial Building

Includes those involved in the ownership, management, leasing, or development of commercial real estate, such as office, corporate, and mixed use facilities.

$1,400 - $4,600 Per Calendar Year

Special Purpose Building

Multi-residential (Apartments, Condos), Medical (Hospital, Office), Museums, Educational, Governmental, Industrial, Cultural/Sporting, Retail, Parking, Religious, & Hospitality. Includes two (2) representatives.

Associate / Vendor

Providers of goods and services to the commercial real estate industry, such as HVAC, cleaning, construction, security, etc. Includes two (2) representatives.

$1,400 Per Calendar Year 

Professional

Professional service providers, such as attorneys, architects, & engineers. Includes two (2) representatives.

$1,400 Per Calendar Year

Emerging Professional

For those employed by a commercial real estate company, or a company that provides a good or service to the commercial real estate industry. For professionals age 35 & under. Individual representative.

$250 Per Calendar Year

* Membership Dues Refund Policy:   Once your membership application has been reviewed and approved by the Board your membership dues are nonrefundable. 

If you request a refund prior to your application being approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
