The Mission of BOMA Pittsburgh

To actively and responsibly represent and promote the interests of our members, the owners and managers of commercial real estate in Western Pennsylvania, through effective leadership and advocacy, through the collection, analysis and dissemination of industry-related information, and through professional development. Our bylaws are available here.

Code of Conduct

BOMA Pittsburgh expects a high level of professionalism from all members. Building Members are encouraged to utilize the services of our Associate and Professional Members, and are expected to treat them with courtesy and respect. Associate and Professional Members are not permitted to engage in aggressive marketing during BOMA events. Conduct in violation of this code should be brought to the attention of the Board.

BOMA Experience Exchange Report (EER)

For nearly a century, BOMA’s Experience Exchange Report (EER) has been the industry’s most trusted benchmarking resource—thanks to the thousands of property professionals who share their data each year. Given the current volatile market conditions, this year’s EER will be more valuable than ever. Click here to order your copy of this premiere income/expense study.

Regional

logo - MAC

The Middle Atlantic Region is comprised of 15 local BOMAs, from Massachusetts to Washington, D.C.  There are more than 3,500 members in this region, ranging from our smallest, BOMA/Central New York, with 26 members, to our largest, BOMA/New York, with just over 800 members.  Each year, one of the locals in the region hosts the Mid-Atlantic Conference (MAC). This yearly event offers the members educational seminars, networking and sponsorship opportunities, and the highly anticipated TOBY Awards dinner.
